Agariya Heet-Rakshak Manch (AHRM) owes its effectiveness to the unwavering dedication of its volunteer team. The geographical conditions in the salt farming areas are among the harshest, yet our volunteers have embraced Agariya empowerment as their life’s mission. We deeply salute their resilience and commitment to serving the community under such challenging circumstances.
While the team receives valuable guidance from Harinesh Pandya, our Managing Trustee, along with other senior team members and trustees when needed, the true strength of our approach lies in the community-centric model. Our volunteers design programs and strategies in close consultation with the Agariyas and their leaders, ensuring that our initiatives are deeply aligned with the needs and aspirations of the community.
